There are three State Parks within a stones throw,   Fort Point State Park and Lighthouse is right on Cape Jellison , Moose Point State Park in Searsport, and historic Fort Knox State Park is close by in Prospect.

Cape Jellison is perfect for the physically active! The loop around the Cape is 5.5 miles be it running, walking, or cycling and of course swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, beachcoming, and more are right out the front door. In fact the Harbor borders our property, a short walk to the boat landing.
